Your tasks:

• Installation and Commissioning of STC´s machinery and equipment – mainly extrusion and downstream systems - at customers site
• Technical troubleshooting (hardware, software, electrical and process in case of faults/trouble)
• Service assignments, technical support at the customer site
• Process support for STC’s extrusion and downstream systems
• Training of customers personnel (operation, maintenance, documentation, service)
• Spare Parts support including active support to customers, assistance with parts identification, quotations, and parts inventory management in the US
• Promote customers to pursue active maintenance and spare parts management

Your profile:

• BS degree in electrical engineering or Associate degree with first applicable hands on work experience, ideally in textile environment
• Knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics
• Very good communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Office programs
• Willing to travel inside the US (includes overnight travel)
